Who we are

room designer is offered at AI-Room-Design.online under the trading name Ai Room Design, based in Hong Kong. For privacy questions, contact support@ai-room-design.online.

Information we process

• Account information: your name, email address, profile image and sign-in identifiers. We use these to manage your account and protect access to your designs.
• Design inputs and results: photos you upload, prompts, selected styles, generated images and task references. These are processed to provide the design features you request.
• Billing records: the plan or credit pack purchased, payment and subscription references, payment status, and credit grants and usage. Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card numbers or security codes.
• Support and technical information: messages you send us, relevant order or task references, IP addresses, request timestamps and error information used for support, fraud prevention and service reliability. Please keep passwords and card details out of support messages.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in requests only openid, email and profile. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, your contacts or your calendar. You enter your Google password on Google's pages; we do not receive it. Your room photos and prompts are not sent to Google as part of signing in.

You can disconnect the application through your Google Account connections.

How your information is used and shared

We use information to deliver your requested designs, operate your account, process purchases, manage credits, answer support requests and prevent abuse. Upload only photos you are entitled to use, and avoid including people, identity documents or other unnecessary personal information.

Cloudflare hosts the application and provides database, private image storage and email routing. Design and image-analysis requests are sent to the AI provider configured for that feature, such as Replicate, Kie or OpenRouter. Those providers may use downstream model providers. The image and prompt needed for a request are shared with the relevant provider; signing in does not itself start an AI request. Payment information is processed by Stripe, Google provides Google sign-in, and support email is routed to our support mailbox through Cloudflare.

We do not sell your photos or use them in public marketing without your permission. We do not make your private design library publicly accessible by default.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies support sign-in and account security. Browser storage can remember interface preferences and temporary design state. You can clear browser storage or block cookies in your browser, although account features may then stop working.

Your choices and requests

You can delete designs from your library and cancel a subscription from your account's billing settings. For help accessing, correcting or deleting account information, email support@ai-room-design.online. We may ask for enough information to verify account ownership. Payment, fraud and accounting records may need to be kept for legal obligations and dispute handling.

Security and updates

We use HTTPS, access controls and private image storage to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. If our handling of information changes, we will update this page and its revision date; significant changes will be communicated where required.
