Terms of service — room designer

Using the service

room designer provides AI interior-design visualizations at AI-Room-Design.online. The service uses the trading name Ai Room Design, based in Hong Kong. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. Keep your account secure and use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not bypass credit limits, use another person's account without permission, attack the service or upload unlawful content.

Your photos and generated designs

You retain your rights in the content you upload. You give us permission to process it and share it with the service providers needed to perform your requests. You must have the necessary rights to uploaded photos and any identifiable content in them.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated designs for personal or commercial projects. We do not claim ownership of your uploads or guarantee exclusive rights in AI outputs. AI results may be inaccurate or resemble other outputs. They are visual inspiration, not measured plans, structural advice, building-code approval or construction specifications. Check feasibility with a qualified professional before purchasing materials or carrying out work.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Prices are in US dollars. The checkout page shows the amount and billing interval before you pay, including any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed monthly or annual price until cancelled. You can cancel through your account's billing settings; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting a design or signing out does not cancel a subscription.

Annual plans are charged once per year. Their credits are issued monthly: Starter 100, Pro 200 and Studio 600 per billing month. The displayed annual allowance is the total of 12 monthly allowances, not an upfront credit grant. Monthly plans issue the same respective monthly allowances. Each subscription allowance expires at the end of its billing month, does not roll over and is not backfilled for missed periods. Billing months follow your subscription anniversary rather than the first day of the calendar month.

One-time credit packs are separate purchases, do not renew and are valid for 365 days from purchase. A credit pack does not extend an expired subscription's monthly allowance.

Generation and credits

Standard generation costs 1 credit per image. High quality uses native 4K generation and costs 4 credits per image; dimensions vary with the aspect ratio. Higher-quality modes require a paid entitlement. The studio shows the credit cost before you submit a request. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Failed tasks release their reserved credits once the failure is confirmed. If a task is still processing or a credit adjustment appears incorrect, contact support with the task reference. A restored task credit is separate from a payment refund.

Refunds and payment disputes

Our Refund policy allows a request within 7 days of purchase when all credits from that purchase remain unused. Approved refunds remove the corresponding credits and paid entitlement. A payment dispute may temporarily suspend the entitlement funded by that payment while it is resolved. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Availability and responsibility

We may update features, correct errors or suspend access where necessary to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a generated image will meet a particular preference. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made solely from a visualization. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We will update the revision date when these terms change and give notice of material changes where required. Existing paid periods remain subject to the purchase terms unless law or your agreement requires otherwise.
