Questions
Yes. Open Plan & billing in your account to cancel renewal. Your paid plan continues until its end date. Annual plans continue to release monthly credits during the paid year; each allowance expires at the end of its subscription month.
Subscription credits are valid only for the subscription month in which they are issued. Unused credits expire at the next monthly anniversary of your purchase date and do not roll over. One-time credit packs remain valid for 12 months.
Its credits return to your account on their own.
You pay once for the year. Credits are released monthly on your purchase-date anniversary, and each allowance expires when the next subscription month begins. Short months use the last day of the month. The monthly price shown is the annual price divided by twelve.
Yes. The new plan starts on the day you switch and adds its first monthly allowance. The previous plan stops renewing and issuing future allowances. Credits already issued keep their original expiry dates.
A plan renews and costs less per design. A pack is paid for once and does not renew; its credits last 12 months. Both come with every plan feature.
